Accommodation at the hotel should be booked directly with the hotel through their web site.

See their website for prevailing rates.

Bedrooms (103) all have double/twin bed, some accessible rooms also available.

Please book early to avoid disappointment.

(No rooms are reserved, as the Society would have been at risk for any shortfall in numbers – i.e. there is no group rate / promotion code).

For the Saturday night, only book B&B as the Society dinner is that evening.

If you are also staying Friday night, book B&B for 2-nights, and then tell the hotel if you want dinner that evening.

As at October 2024, a standard double room with B&B for two is £123.25 pn,, and a single is £114.75 pn (advance purchase, rates change dynamically).
