It holds no less than 22 examples of the bisected local 2c on 6c rose (SG25 – cat. £200 each) with a single 10c on 4d (SG28) and two examples of 20c on 6d (SG29) which seems to make for a 72c rate. It seems our vendor paid £95 back in 2009 which seems fair

In our 1987 auction this pmk was sold for £50 – this was Simon G’s description ‘take your Ed Addiss monograph No.10 and enter under “Height of Letter” for Banque Viejo, 3½mm: the present example, on 2c SG81 at 3 o’clock, shows only IEJO and the parallel cancelling lines that follow, which to be fair is four letters more than most of our members have ever seen’ – demand still at those levels?
