The WIPSG has been invited to provide a display to the RPSL membership on 25 February 2027 at their Abchurch Lane premises.

This information is required by the end of October.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

• Mount in frames 10 to 12
• Buffet Lunch 12 to 1:30 (Susan has booked the Vintry for 45 people). WIPSG will pay for exhibitors, partners are welcome but will need to be self-funded.
• 1:00 to 4:00 viewing, exhibitors to be on hand from 1:30
• 4 to 4.30 vote of thanks by Chris King
• 4:30 to 5:30 viewing
• 4:30 to 5:30 nibbles in lounge (funded by RPSL)
• 5:30 to 6:30 dismount, exhibits can be stored overnight in RPSL vault, if required
