Three blocks of the ½d SG115 – two similar-looking blocks of twelve (3 rows of four) with interpanneau margin at right. Of more interest perhaps a block of twelve from the top two rows of the left hand pane with full margins and plate no.1 – 36 examples in all – cat. only £18

A similar block of twelve from the top two rows of the 1d with plate no.1 no interpanneau margin. With it a block of 30 from the bottom of the same pane also with plate no.1 and a very clear example of the ‘flat O’ variety at posn 10/3 – uncatalogued but clear. 42 examples that now catalogue £1 each

For the 1d from plate no.2 of we offer two large blocks with the interpanneau margin, one of 30 from the top of the sheet and with sheet no.47 and one of 29 from the bottom of the sheet which includes the short ‘P’ variety found at position 8/6 – 59 examples

The envelope is unopened and there is a good strike of the double oval ‘Non-Reclame/Not Called For’ in purple. The franking a block of four of WAR TAX on 3d and a pair of WAR TAX on half penny (SG102 & 105), cat. £44 x3
